Our Story

Hi, I'm Micah. I'm the Founder and CEO of Adonis Complex.

A few years ago, I got tired of buying commercial pre-workouts that seemed to over promise and under deliver. I started making pre-workout for myself and realized that it was so good and properly formulated, I had to build a business out of it.

Meet my co-founder and CMO, Ben. He's a top fitness trainer and functional fitness expert in Atlanta, GA with a PhD(c) in Health and Human Performance, M.S. in Kinesiology and B.S. in Biology/Nutrition Science. He's turned down sponsorship offers from supplement companies that just weren't up to his standards.

Together, we formed Adonis Complex, a supplement brand catering to the sophisticated, health conscious fitness enthusiasts. If you've always wanted to read the supplement science, but haven't had the time to - don't worry, we have done it for you.
