We work fast to get your supplements to you. Because of this, we offer a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to cancel it.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email our team immediately at info@shopadoniscomplex.com.

  • Subject Line for Fast Service: To help us prioritize your request, please use the subject line: "URGENT: Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]".

What if I miss the 24-hour window? Once an order is sent to our fulfillment team for processing, we are unable to stop the shipment. If you miss the 24-hour cancellation window, don't worry. You can simply use our Adonis Guarantee return policy once the package arrives.

Subscription Management

You have full control over your subscriptions. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next charge date.

  • How to Manage: The easiest way to manage your subscription is through the unique portal link sent to you in your subscription confirmation email. If you can’t find the link, just email us at info@shopadoniscomplex.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Pre-Orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before you receive a shipping confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned under our standard return policy.
