Your First Taste is On Us (First-Time Customers)
We know that trying a new supplement is a commitment. That's why every first-time order of a supplement flavor from Adonis Complex includes a complimentary single-serving sample of that exact flavor.

Try the sample first. Before you break the seal on your new tub, give the sample a try.

Not the right fit? If the sample isn't to your taste, you can return your unopened, sealed full-size container within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
General Returns (All Customers)
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you've had a change of heart, ordered the wrong item, or for any other reason wish to make a return, we gladly accept items within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Get Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be included on the packing slip we provide.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (marked as Final Sale) or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, speak with our support team about arranging a direct exchange.
Refunds We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened with tags/seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
