I’ve been using this pre-workout for the past few months and honestly, it’s by far the cleanest, most consistent one I’ve ever tried. I bounced around different pre-workouts and energy drinks for years, but this one has been a clear favorite for me after being recommended by a friend. No side effects I felt from other popular brands and after about 20 minutes I can really feel it kick in. It's a very fine powder that dissolves super easy and all three flavors taste great. Sour skittles has been my favorite because it's the most unique.

I’ve tried most of the popular pre-workouts you can find in stores and this is by far the best one. Quality ingredients, amazing flavors, and science-backed. This is what I would call a PREMIUM pre-workout. You would need 3-4 scoops of other pre-workouts to equal 1 scoop of Adonis PRE.

Being a personal trainer and nutritionist, I’ve tried everything out there for preworkouts. Adonis complex pre hits all the marks. Right amount of all ingredients especially the L Citrulline. Also the addition of HMB is a game changer in preworkouts. Also just the right amount of caffeine as to not send you running to the bathroom during a workout. Hitting new PR and building strength well. Stay stocked up on this stuff. Great product all around

For years Ive been making my own pre-workouts due to too many added chemicals and unnecessary fillers in other brands. A.C. is finally a pre I can stand behind and take with confidence. With this product, I don't get terrible crashes like I would with other brands. Great pumps and last for some of my longer workouts. It also taste great! I have used various pre-workouts for an extended period of time. While I like the "kick" they give me, I don't like to feel itchy. This mix gives me the energy I need without a noticeable uptake then crash. I am also ADHD so focus for me at the gym (especially after work) can be difficult. I felt like this complex not only gave me energy but actually helped me focus on the workout better. Definitely will be repurchasing!

Doesn't taste like sour skittles at all... gives me a little energy though.
